Where did the name Feel and Look Good Now come from?  Years ago while facing some health challenges myself, I refused to settle with the normal western medicine solution and decided to lean more towards natural healing.  While researching I figured the best way to get answers would be through others experience so I started Facebook with daily discussions which turned into a blog that was focused on natural health, wellness, and image coaching. Our goal is to help you create the best feeling imaginable through natural methods achieved through conversation and personal experience shared as a group.
