A bright and fresh dry-style Gin with a wonderfully floral profile and a light pink hue.

Howard Davies and Angus Lugsdin met at a local sailing club in Devon, UK. They shared a love of boating and would share "Sundowner" cocktails at the end of the day overlooking the sea in the town of Salcombe. In 2014 they decided to start a Spirits business together and they started construction in 2015, opening their Salcombe Gin facility in 2016 with a sixty-liter still. Now operating a four-hundred and fifty liter production still, they have developed a selection of five Gins and one Rum made by the sea with a tasting room and Gin-making school to boot.

Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’ was inspired by the flavors and aromas of The South of France — the heart of Provence. It has a natural light pink hue that arises naturally from the infused pink peppercorns, strawberries, and rose petals. But make no mistake, this is NOT a "sweet" Gin — it’s a dry Gin with no added sugars at all. The rest of the mix includes Macedonian juniper, angelica, lemon and orange zests, orange blossoms, and lemon verbena. Bright and fresh, the floral and citrus palate takes on the focus of the mixers and garnishes you use to serve it.

Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’ is named after the "Sante Marié" lighthouse at the entrance to the Old Port of Marseille, France, when the Salcombe fruit schooners would load up for their trip to England.
